On February 12, 2002, a new protocol on the involvement of children in armed conflict was added to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. HREIB released this music video to commemorate the new protocol and support the fight against the use of child soldiers.

In this video, three siblings dream of better lives for themselves. Forced to collect scraps and toys from the garbage, they hope one day to be able to attend school.
